📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Provide on-site technical support to clients to ensure their systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and maximize system uptime.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure the optimal performance of IT systems.
• Work with clients to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and software, such as Microsoft System Center, VMware, and Cisco networking equipment.
• Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes.
• Collaborate with the IT support team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of server and network infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cisco networking equipment.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
