Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen,Ensuring the quality and safety of food prepared,Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen,Developing and implementing new recipes and menu items,Training and supervising kitchen staff,Managing inventory and ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations,Contributing to the overall success of the restaurant

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of success in a similar position,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine,Excellent leadership and management skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
