📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors.
  • Manage and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
  • Lead and supervise front desk staff, ensuring high service standards.
  • Assist in training and developing new front desk staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages.
