📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of managers to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.,Ensure the company's reputation is maintained and enhanced.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a corporate environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong understanding of financial management and strategic planning.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to make sound business decisions under pressure.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with ERP systems and business software is a plus.
