📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods,Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth and effective logistics processes,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs,Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors,Provide training and support to warehouse and logistics staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs,Knowledge of English is a plus
