📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mining and energy equipment, including crushers, conveyors, and pumps.
• Inspect and diagnose mechanical failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Participate in safety drills and emergency response training.
• Provide technical support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair in the mining or energy sector.
• Familiarity with mining and energy equipment, including crushers, conveyors, and pumps.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP or Maximo.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to remote work sites.
