📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing the distribution network, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of distribution activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies.
  • Provide support to the Distribution Officer in achieving distribution targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with distribution software and systems is a plus.
  • Must be able to speak and write in Indonesian fluently.
