Bloom Express Sejahtera is looking for an Assistant Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing initiatives and helping to grow our brand in the Purworejo area. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans.,Support the marketing team in creating and managing marketing campaigns.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the coordination of marketing events and promotions.,Provide support to the marketing team in managing and maintaining our website and social media platforms.,Assist in the development and maintenance of customer databases and marketing lists.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp, is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
