FORGE Dinamis is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for efficiency and safety. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition and available for use.,Schedule and route vehicles for employees and clients, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and fuel usage, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to the vehicle fleet.,Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified, and that they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other related activities.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.,Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of transportation services with other company functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
