The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the team in achieving company goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Maintain accurate records and reports for operational activities.,Assist in the implementation of new systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Provide assistance in managing inventory and supply chain activities.,Assist in the organization and execution of operational events and projects.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or administrative field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
