Leaf Crown Nusantara is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our team in Kulon Progo. As a Junior HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various activities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited HR experience to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.,Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Maintain a positive and professional image of the company to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role (preferred but not mandatory).,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
