📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR systems, with a focus on Workday.
• Certification in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) or a related HR technology.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing HR processes and systems.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
