Bit Zone Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and driving our sales performance. If you are passionate about sales and customer service, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in identifying and contacting potential customers.,Provide product information and answer customer inquiries.,Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals.,Follow up with leads and track sales opportunities.,Assist in the organization and management of sales data and reports.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.,Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.,Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Enthusiasm and passion for sales and customer service.
