📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounting systems,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management,Supervise and mentor junior accountants,Perform audits and reviews of financial records,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
