📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the group financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with international accounting standards.,Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes to support the group's reporting needs.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and verify financial data.,Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide training and support to junior accountants and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).,Proficient in using financial reporting software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
