In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our production and R&D teams to implement and maintain quality control processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement,Work with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements,Train and mentor junior quality control staff,Collaborate with suppliers to improve product quality,Develop and maintain quality control documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices,Experience with ISO standards and regulatory requirements,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment,Proficiency in English and Indonesian
