📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to determine recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
