📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize shipping operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and analyze shipping data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping partners and carriers.
  • Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff in shipping operations.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to shipping.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping logistics, with at least 3 years in a management role.

  • Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.
