📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
