📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and submit customs declarations accurately and efficiently using SAP and other relevant software.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Monitor and manage customs compliance to avoid penalties and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members on customs procedures and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for customs activities.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with changes in customs laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in resolving any customs-related issues or disputes that may arise.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance and documentation.
- Proficient in using SAP and other relevant customs software.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Valid customs clearance certification or equivalent experience.
