As an IT Global Service Desk Analyst at Cardinal Health, you'll be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing prompt and effective solutions to employees worldwide. You'll work with a variety of tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Teams, and you'll need to be proficient in English to communicate effectively with our global team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 technical support to employees across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung and other global locations.
• Use ServiceNow and Jira to log, track, and resolve IT issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Document and maintain detailed records of all IT incidents and resolutions.
• Participate in rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Act as a liaison between employees and IT teams, ensuring clear communication.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Teams.
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
