📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean and attractive store environment.
• Process transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems.
• Promote products and upsell to increase sales.
• Handle cash handling and reconcile daily sales reports.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
