📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the sales process, including product demonstrations and order processing.
• Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Yakult products and their benefits.
• Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions to boost product visibility.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices.

• Ability to travel to different locations within Palopo as required.
