📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and WMS guidelines.
• Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock audits and reconciling discrepancies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety measures, including equipment maintenance and employee training.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to optimize order fulfillment and delivery processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics management.
• Certification in Warehouse Management System (WMS) or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Proven experience in leading and supervising warehouse staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with cold storage operations and equipment.
