• Manage and optimize financial processes, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare accurate tax filings.
• Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
• Provide training and support to junior team members.
• Participate in audits and internal reviews to ensure financial controls are effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles, with a strong background in property development or related industries.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and TaxMaster.
• Certifications in accounting or tax (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
