📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of BIM specialists, ensuring the successful delivery of BIM projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to create accurate and detailed 3D models using Revit and Navisworks.
• Ensure seamless coordination and integration of BIM processes across all project phases, from initial design to final handover.
• Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
• Conduct regular BIM reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM tools and software.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in BIM.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM, with a strong background in commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with a good understanding of other BIM software.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Level 1, BIM Level 2) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
