📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our luxury villas, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Manage and mentor a team of villa staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Ensure all villas are ready for guest arrival, adhering to strict check-in and check-out procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of villas to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in villa management or a related field.
• Proven track record in supervising and managing teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and practices.
