📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach traditional Javanese gamelan instruments to students of all ages and skill levels.

• Perform with the sanggar's ensemble at cultural events, concerts, and festivals.
• Collaborate with other cultural institutions to promote and preserve gamelan music.
• Develop and implement curriculum for gamelan classes, incorporating both technical skills and cultural knowledge.
• Participate in community outreach programs to introduce gamelan music to new audiences.
• Mentor and guide junior instructors to ensure high-quality instruction and program delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Ethnomusicology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching gamelan or related traditional instruments.
• Proficiency in playing at least one traditional Javanese gamelan instrument, such as the bonang, kendang, or slenthem.
• Strong knowledge of Javanese gamelan music theory, history, and cultural significance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with using digital tools and software for music education, such as Notion, Google Suite, and Zoom.
