📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet production and logistics requirements.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes and efficiency.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing administration.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
